The biphasic Eyes & Lips Makeup Remover is gentle on skin and tough on makeup! This water-and-oil formula removes the most intense waterproof makeup, without any rough tugging or scrubbing on the skin.

Panthenol conditions the skin and lashes, for smooth, soft, damage free skin and hair. A higher molecular weight of Hyaluronic Acid helps repair and hydrate the skin. Whilst Chamomile calms and refreshes the skin, making this suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
