How to use
Step 1
Apply a small amount of The Eye Primer to the eyelid to make the color of your look more intense and last for much longer.
Step 2
Then apply your favorite powder to the eyelid using The Precision Brush, The Angle Shadow Brush or directly with your fingertips (you only need a small amount a little goes a long way).
Step 3
Blend gently with The Blender Brush and voilà!
