How do I apply my promotional code?
To apply your promotional code and have it deducted before finalizing your order, enter it in the shopping cart.
* Remember that 3INA promotional codes cannot be combined in the same order - to use two different promotional codes you must place two separate orders and apply each one to an order.
Why isn't my promo code working?
If you have entered your promotional code and it does not allow you to complete the purchase, it may be because:
There is another code applied to the order (3INA promotional codes cannot be combined in the same order). The code is not entered correctly - check the code through the communication channel you received it from. The code is not compatible with the products in your shopping cart. The code is no longer valid - check the validity date of the code indicated in the corresponding communication channel.
Is none of these options the case? Contact our Customer Service team by clicking here and filling out the form or writing to hello@3ina.com indicating the products in your cart and the promotional code you are trying to apply so they can provide a solution.
What do I do if I haven't received my order confirmation?
If you have placed an order through our website and have not received a confirmation email with your order number, please write to hello@3ina.com indicating the email address you used to place your order so they can locate it in our systems 💖

Can I make changes to my 3INA order?
Once your order has been placed, it is registered in our systems and no changes can be made.
You can write to hello@3ina.com with your order number so they can offer you a possible solution as soon as possible.
Can I change the shipping address for the order?
Yes. To make a change to your delivery address for your order, please send an email to hello@3ina.com.
You can also access our Contact Form and include your Order Number and the new shipping address so that the Customer Care team can make the change correctly.
Once they have processed it, you will receive a confirmation of the address change.
*Changes made must be within the same shipping zone.
Can I cancel my 3INA order?
Once your order has been placed, it is registered in our systems and cannot be cancelled.

We mark the PAO (Period After Opening) on all our products.
Look for the jar icon on the cardboard packaging of your 3INA products.
The number and the M to know the durability in months of the product once opened - oh, and don't forget to close the product tightly after each use 😉
Are 3INA products vegan?
All 3INA products are vegan.
The ingredients used in 3INA product formulations do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Are 3INA products cruelty-free?
Of course! A fundamental pillar is our love for animals, which is why all 3INA products have not been tested on animals.
What skin types are 3INA products suitable for?
Our products are suitable for all skin types.
All our cosmetics undergo a dermatological test, and for eye products, an ophthalmological test as well.
