Shipping costs may vary depending on the zone your order will be delivered to.

What payment methods can I use to place my order?
You finalize your order through our brandsite using your Credit/Debit Card or through PayPal.
If you are finalizing your order using your mobile phone or tablet, you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How can I create an account at 3INA?

How can I change the password on my user account?
To change the password on your 3INA account, click here and follow the steps to reset a new password.
What can I do if I haven't received the email to reset my password?
If you have not received the email to reset your password, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the email of your 3INA Account so they can reset your password correctly.

How can I apply my discount code?
If you wish to apply your discount code, introduce it on your online shopping cart before checkout.
* Remember 3INA's discount codes are not cumulative and can only be used one per order - if you wish to use various discount codes you must use them separately and aplly each one in the corresponding order.
Why isn't my discount code working?
If you have introduced a discount code but can not finalize the order, please check:
- The isn't a discount code already applied (3INA's discount codes are no comulative)
- The discount code is correctly spelled
- The discount code can be applied to the products in your shopping cart
- The discount code is still active - please check the date until it is available to use

What can I do if I have not recieved my order confirmation?
If you have not recieved your order confirmation after having placed your order via our brandsite, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email you used to place your order so we can locate it in our systemas 💖

Can I make any changes to an order I've placed?
Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed it is registered in our systems and can not be cancelled.

Can I change the delivery address?
If you wish to change the delivery address on your order, please send us the new address along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also click here and fill in the form so our Customer Service Team can manage it correctly. Once they have modified the address, you will recieve an email confirming the new delivery address.
* Address changes can only be made in the same delivery zone
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery of your order will vary depending on the delivery zone.
Orders placed after 15:00H will be managed by our warehouse the next working day.

All 3INA products are suitable for vegans.
The ingredients used in the formulas of 3INA's products do not contain any ingredients animal derivated.
Are 3INA's products cruelty free?
Of course! A fundamental pillar is our love of animals, therefore none of 3INA's products have been tested on animals.
Are 3INA's products suitable for all skintypes?
Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types.
All of our products have passed a dermatological test and in the case of our eye products, they have also gone through an ophthalmological test.

Can I recycle the packaging of 3INA's products?
Yes. We collaborate with Ecoembes so that you can deposit the outer packaging of your 3INA's product at any recycling point and give it a new life.
You can find the recycling icon on the outer packaging of all 3INA's products.
When do 3INA's products expire?
We label the PAO (Period After Opening) on all of our products.
Look for the jar icon with a number and an M on the outer packaging of our products to know the durability of the product once opened - oh, and don't forget to close it well after each use 😉
