Is 3INA make-up vegan?Is 3INA make-up vegan?
Yes. All of 3INA’s productos are free of any animal products - you can check out our labels when browsing throgh our products page or in the product description if you
browse online. You can also contact our Customer Service Team if you have any questions regarding our products at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does 3INA test its products on animals?
No. We absolutely do not test on animals or get a third party to do it for us. Who could? All of our makeup products are manufactured in the EU where animal testing in the cosmetics industry has been strictly forbidden since 2013.

What should I do if I'm missing an item from my order?
We're sorry about that! Please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name of the missing item so they can give you a solution as soon as possible.
What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

Can I make any changes to an order I've placed?
We aim to get your new products to you as speedily as humanly possible which means that unfortunately we can't make any changes to your order once you've placed it.
How does your Standard Delivery service work?
Once your order is confirmed and has left our warehouse, you should receive it on your doorstep within 7 days.

PAYMENTS, PROMOS & GIFT VOUCHERS
How can I apply a promotional code on my order?
If you have a promotional code or gift voucher you can
the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces, on the 'Discount
code' box before finishing your order and concluding the payment.
How can I pay for my order?
Our payment methods available through our brandsite are Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. If you make your purchase using your mobile phone, you can also pay vía Apple Pay.
When will my account be charged for my 3INA order?
If your card is authorised, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you have not received this email, please check your SPAM inbox.
If you have not received this email, please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so they can give you a solution as soon as possible.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.
