RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Although we at 3INA strive to keep you happy at all times, however, if in case you’re not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the product(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange, our easy 7 days Returns Policy will guide you through the process.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE (ONLINE PURCHASE):

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO -

Just drop us an email at wecare@in.3ina.com, raising a return/replacement/refund request within 7 days of receiving the order. Please mention the following:

  • Order ID details
  • Image of the product
  • Image of the invoice

WHAT WE NEED TO DO -

  • We will pick up the product(s) within 2-4 business days.
  • After ensuring that the product is in it’s original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact, we will initiate the return/exchange process.

 

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is used or altered
  • Request is initiated after 7 days of delivery of order
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered
  • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Free product provided by brand or during an event of promotion

 

PARTIAL RETURNS

A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

 

REFUNDS (ONLINE PURCHASE)

  • When you return a product, we normally issue the refund amount in the form of store credits, which gets credited to your 3INA online account. In case you are not able to use your credits and would like to have a bank transfer, kindly raise a request to wecare@in.3ina.com.  
  • If you wish to return an order which was received as incorrect/defective/damaged, we will refund the full amount to you through a bank transfer. In a case where the order you placed was found to be out of stock at our end, we will refund the full amount to you through a bank transfer.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Lipsticks
  • Compacts
  • Mascaras
  • Special Price/ Markdown products cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand.

Please note: For special marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply which may be shared in marketing materials. Refunds/Returns/Exchange will not be allowed for products sold under sale/special promotion. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer support team.
